Thank you for choosing to book with The Coach House and we look forward to welcoming you.
When you make a booking at Bow House you are entering into a formal agreement with us and are accepting our terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read the following thoroughly.
Bookings
For advance bookings a minimum of two nights is usually required. Late bookings for single nights will be accepted if we have an available room but with an increased tariff of £5.00 per person. Telephone us for availability. As a safeguard, why not book for a minimum of two nights to ensure your room.
Reservations
A non-refundable deposit by debit card or cheque for the first night’s tariff is required to reserve each room.
Deposits should be received within 5 days of making the reservation otherwise we cannot guarantee the room. Deposit cheque's should be made payable to Mr D Taylor.
Cancellations
The deposit paid is non-refundable and if you cancel within 14 days of the first night's reservation the balance of the booking is payable. For your own protection and ours we strongly advise taking out insurance.www.cancellationplan.com offer a complete service on line
Arrival and Departure Times
You can check-in from 2.00pm, on the date of arrival. It may be possible to check-in earlier, but only by prior arrangement. If you wish to check-in any later than 6.00pm, please give us at least 24 hrs notice.

Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 on your day of departure.
Settlement
Settlement by cash, cheque or debit card may be preferred as credit card payments carry a processing charge of up to 2% that would be aquaadded to the bill.
Dietary Requirements
If any guests have special dietary requirements we can cater for these if advised at the time of booking.
No Smoking
For the comfort and safety of our guests, Bow House is exclusively non- smoking.
Abuse of this condition will incur a £100 surcharge fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
Reckless Damage
We ask that you treat your accommodation at The Coach House as you would your own home. We retain the right to charge you for the cost of rectification of any excessive soiling or damage you cause to the property or furnishings.
Behaviour
For the consideration of all our guests we ask that you recognise and respect acceptable noise levels or behaviour. Unacceptable behaviour may result in termination of your booking without refund or compensation.
Wireless Broadband
Wi-fi is available throughout Bow House and free to use during your stay
Exclusion of Liability
The customer shall be responsible for the safety and security of all of his/her goods and possessions while at Bow House. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the customer's goods and possessions during your stay.
